Thank you for making it up to me and sending me a complimentary flower with a vase. What started as a disappointing day, was made up with an act of kindness. As human beings, we need to be kind no matter the situation and matter what we’re going through. Being a business owner myself of a bridal boutique, I understand it’s always important to be professional and to always be kind, because it’s the right thing to do and the human thing to do. But I also understand we may fall sometimes and we should be going out of our ways to make things right, not for business or reputation but as a human being. I ordered from Bouquets in Bloom for the first time after a relative recommended them after reading positive reviews. The flowers were for a loved one who lost their father this week so I was nervous trying a new florist for such an important situation. But I'm happy to say that my worry was all in vain! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous, but they were also delivered on schedule with a very nice card that felt so much more elevated than the typical business card that I was expecting. l was also very happy with the communication after receiving an email confirmation from Cheryl the owner that the flowers had delivered. It's always hard to pick a florist for a special occasion when you live 1,500 miles from the recipient but I did my research, chose Bouquets in Bloom, and Cheryl greatly exceeded my expectations. Dramatic presentation, beautiful flowers, timely delivery, and easy transaction. The recipient was very pleased and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

I recently ordered a bouquet from Bouquets in Bloom for a special occasion and couldn't be happier with the service. Cheryl went above and beyond to create a stunning arrangement featuring red heart roses, pink roses, and purple roses. Communication was excellent; Cheryl reached out to me directly to ensure the delivery would go smoothly. While I wasn't able to answer her call, she made sure to text me as well, showing genuine care for the customer experience. I appreciate the attention to detail and the refusal to leave the arrangement in an unsecured location, ensuring the bouquet reached its intended recipient safely. Lastly, thank you for helping me celebrate 1 month and communicate care to my girlfriend even through the long distance.
